To send a transcript:

(1) Enter your email address
(2) Enter Caption Name and Your First
Initial and Last Name in Message box
(ex: Baker vs Stevens AArchie)
(3) Hit Browse to locate transcript on  
your computer
(4) Hit "SendThisFile" when ready to
send the file
